JAYNE CRIBBEN CEO
Jayne has worked for the company since 2006.
Her role as CEO is concentrated on developing the association to ensure that the organisation grows and develops. She also is responsible for the day to day running of the company with 20+ staff and 12 vehicles to maintain.
Thanet Community Transport Association has a team of dedicated staff who work seven days a week, 365 days of the year.
The staff are committed and enjoy helping the elderly and disabled people in East Kent to get out and about.
The staff are trained in First Aid, Manual Handling, Safeguarding, wheelchair training.
Our office staff are able to meet and greet visitors and answer telephone queries between the hours of 8.30 am and 5pm. All staff are very happy to respond to any questions that you may have and take bookings.
The team provide all prospective Clients with full reassurance that they will be treated with the upmost respect and safety. This not only meets all the mandatory requirements but follows best practice for the industry.
